For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original debit/credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. There are no cash refunds. All items must be unopened and in new condition.

YTN is not resonsible for any shipping fees that apply or packaging/products that may be lost or mishandled upon return.
